What is P90X?
P90X is the most fun you can have working out! I hate home DVD workouts, but Tony
Horton throws different spin and it really makes it enjoyable. Even after 80+ days
straight I still look forward to throwing in that DVD and busting some ass. Of course
checking out the results in the mirror every morning does not hurt the motivation factor
either. I’m telling you THIS SHIT WOKS!
Why it Works?
Tony has developed this theory called “Muscle Confusion” where you completely switch
your entire workout around after 30-days, this keeps your muscles from plateauing and
keeps the ripped’ness going strong. Let me just say I was a HUGE skeptic... now I’m a
believer baby!
If you want to get in the best shape of your life, I suggest you get off the couch
and you got to... “Bring It!”
