I finished P90X, Damn what a kick ass 3-Months! As you can see on my P90X page; It was well worth it! It’s amazing what you can achieve with only 84-hours of focused work out over 3-Months. If your a little “Loose in the cage” I’d recommend you “Bring It!”, P90X is best workout program EVER! So a ton has changed in the last few years, some of which if obvious and some of which you will have to dig deeper to learn... There are mouse- overs and hidden links scattered throughout the site. I told you I would keep up with the edits this time around, the latest goodies are in the Picture section, all new albums with lots of pictures.
