As you can see on my P90X page (If you can find it) It was ALL well  worth it! It’s amazing what you can achieve with only 84-hours of focused work out over 3-Months. If you’re a little “Loose  in the cage”, I’d highly recommend you “Bring It!”, P90X is best workout program EVER!
